Ramadan 2017 (1438)

And hold fast, all together, by the rope which God (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves; and remember with gratitude God’s favour on you; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brethren; and ye were on the brink of the pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus doth God make His Signs clear to you: That ye may be guided. Surah 3: 103

“O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that you may learn self-restraint.” Sura 2:183

Pray for peace and blessing for all humanity.

Fajr means both Fajr Azan and Imsak (starting fast) and Maghrib means both Azan and Iftar (breaking fast).

Prophet Muhammad (saw) told Jabir bin Abdillah: “O’Jabir, this is the holy month of Ramadan, whoever fasts in it during the day, and stands to remember Allah during the night, controls his hunger, lust and speech, he shall pass cleansed from his sins the way the holy month passes.”
