Meditation for Mothers
SECOND MONDAY OF THE MONTH (11:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.)
This monthly gathering is an opportunity for mothers to access and deepen innate qualities of balance, love, and inner stillness to nourish both a sense of self and the capacity to be present for parenting and other aspects of life.
Women who participate will:
- Learn new meditation practices to cultivate inner peace in day to day life
- Practice meditation in the company and community of women
- Discuss how mothering can be a spiritual practice
- Have the space to share stories, challenges, lessons and inspirations from parenting
This group is open to all mothers – with both young and grown children. It is for women who want to explore the multiple responsibilities of being a mother and woman in the world, and find inner stillness and balance within the fullness of daily life.
Please join us.
