Meditation Salon. Meditation practice group is a salon aligned with sacred Sufi heartfulness principles. The salon includes poetry, readings and dialogue. This group is open to students interested in deepening their practice by cultivating Sufi wisdom teachings. Dr. Arife Hammerle leads the salon. She is a senior student under the guidance of Dr. Nahid Angha and Shah Nazar Seyed Dr. Ali Kianfar.  This salon is helpful following participation in the 40 Days Psychology Program. The salon meets every other Sunday in Novato at the Sufi Center from 10-11:30am. Pre-registration is required. No fee, donations accepted. Call (415) 389-6448 for details and registration.

Sacred Meditation Circle for Women in Santa Rosa. Join our Sacred Circle to find inner balance and peace, read Rumi and other Sufi poets, learn Sufi heart-centered meditation, and hear words of wisdom from Sufi masters. Open to all spiritual seekers. No fee.
When: First Wednesdays of the month: January 6, February 3, March 2, 2016, 11:00 am to 12:15 p.m.

Introduction to Sufism and Heart-based Meditation. An ongoing group for meditation practice, Sufi teachings, and reflection. Led by Amineh Pryor, Ph.D. under the direction of Dr. Nahid Angha and Shah Nazar Seyyed Dr. Ali Kianfar. Group meets in San Francisco. 7 pm on Thursdays, twice a month. Call (415) 382-7834 for dates. Sufi Practice and Teaching at O’hanlon Center for the Arts, Mill Valley. Meditation practice group with Sufi based techniques, poetry and readings. The group is open so please drop in. We sit together from 430-530 pm on the last Monday once a month. Donations are requested for the Arts Center. Call (415) 389-6448 for information.

Student-led Sufi GatheringOpen to anyone who wants to learn more about Sufism in the context of a Sufi gathering. No fee. Please call in advance to reserve a place. Every Alternate Saturday.
